Rules on banning particular entrants?

What is the site policy on a show host banning particular entrants from their shows, based on continual breaking or bending of rules?

I've found that there is a policy regarding show host conduct but not entrants, as far as I can find!

As far as I know there is no existing way to ban or block users on the site, so I did wonder if it would be allowed to simply not add them to an entrants list on a privately hosted show (and to refund/block any show fee payments), but I also wasn't sure what could be done to faciliate any moderation around free/open entry shows?

Sorry if this has already been asked/covered (I searched but couldn't find any!)

Show hosts can definitely decide to bar certain entrants from their shows as it is their show. OMHPS is really just meant to be a show hosting platform. The rules of each show are up to the individual who is hosting it. If you have someone who is repeatedly breaking your show rules or causing problems, then by all means, remove them as an entrant and disallow them from entering your future shows.

As for free/open shows, the general idea is that any rule-breaking entries can be DQ'd when judging. The disqualification was always meant to be for rule-breaking entries, not, for example, a model that doesn't follow the breed standard of the breed the entrant assigned it. If there is a particular entrant who is beyond misunderstanding the rules and is being purposefully disruptive or problematic, that is something you should email OMHPS about. If needed, we can mass-remove their entries from an open show at the request of a host if it can be definitively proven that the entrant is not entering in good faith. Users can be banned from OMHPS as a whole if they choose to repeatedly harass, antagonize, or enter shows simply to be a nuisance.
