Bella Rosita

Bella Rosita's name loosely translates into "Beautiful Little Rose" in Spanish. This model is the Glossy version of "Carmen", the first of the Breyer 2026 Premier Collector Club Models. The Rearing Mare mold (also Danzante or Rearing Andalusian Mare) was sculpted by Karen Gerhardt. This issue was a split run of Matte and Glossy, produced in a lovely dark rose grey color, with a snip, and socks on both rear and left front legs. Premier Collectors had their choice of receiving either matte or glossy, and I chose the Glossy Version. She is full of sass, beauty, and glossy goodness.
