Entrant unable to enter sport horses

Hello! I have an entrant to my show who is unable to enter their horse in classes. (The horse: https://www.omhps.com/Model/Details/9c4eb9ea-1b7a-497d-8495-d93651ca3953). I've tried entering my own standardbred under sport and he was fine (just to test), and I've reviewed all the requirements and their horse should qualify. Classes allow multiple entries by the same person as well. Can someone help with what setting I'm missing? Thanks so much!

Any time someone cannot enter a class they think they should be able to, they should hit the "Show ineligible" box on the class entry page and search for the horse in question. It will tell them exactly what is barring them from entering the class, whether it be related to that horse or to their max entries in the show. In this case, the entrant looks like they have already hit the max entries allowed for the show (50). They have 49 horses entered, one of which with two separate class entries (this one), totaling 50 total across the whole show.

Is it possible to have the max entries increased even though the show is already accepting entries?

Yes, you can email omhps@omhps.com any time for show edits after registration is open :)
