Problem creating my first private show – registration date error

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to create my first private show on OMHPS, but I keep getting an error when I try to submit the form.

The message says: “The value "" is invalid.” and also mentions that the registration dates are invalid, even though they seem to be within the allowed range.

I selected the dates using the calendar tool and added the time manually. I also checked that all required fields are filled in.

For context, I’m based in France, and this is my first time trying to host a show on OMHPS, so I may be missing something obvious.

Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows what could be causing it?

Hi Studio Amghar,

I believe the site show builder uses a 24-hour clock, so if you want to start or end a show at 6:00 PM, for instance, you would use 18:00 instead. Could that be the problem? If that’s not it, try emailing the OMHPS administrator at omhps@omhps.com. They are usually very quick to respond. Best wishes!
