Photo fully loading icon

Hi! I was wondering if it would be possible to have an icon or indicator pop up when photo is still loading to full quality?

I have noticed that on both my own photos and while I'm judging, when I click on the photo to see it fully, the images are showing up quickly but they are often blurry and you have to wait a second or two for them to actually load up the true quality.

While I never saw it as a bigger issue (cause I like to inspect the photo quality for a while, so it manages to load up in time), this last show I judged I had a few situations when I waited 10+ seconds and was ready to mark down the photo for high blur, but it loaded up very last moment. I managed to notice in time, and at least once such photo actually placed well after fully loading (I don't remember all the details due to huge classes, sadly).

This made me think, if maybe there could be an option to somehow indicate when photo is or isn't fully loaded? I'm not sure how possible/difficult that would be.

I know that there are many showers that put great care in their photo quality and judges who highly value that (both myself included), so those photos might end up on bigger side and naturally load up longer. I would love to avoid accidently marking down entries, but it's also hard to wait longer for each photo in, for example, 50+ or 100+ horse classes.

If it's not possible or hard to make such indicator, would tweaking size of the file improve something like this?

(I know there is initial grey load icon, but it does not cover that in-between moment. It's also not a connection issue cause I have tested it in the moment and other websites worked fine, OMHPS pages included)
