Halter vs. Performance Classes?

Just a question for general feedback. I've run into two shows recently where my models could not enter a performance class if they were already entered in a halter class. In both cases, it reduced my performance entries to almost zero, because halter classes are my focus.

I hadn't run into this in any shows prior to the last few months, so was wondering if this is now a new trend among model shows or if it was not intended and, I'm guessing, just a mistake in setting up the show to only allow a model to enter one class per show? Thanks for any feedback.

I was just getting ready to post this also. I want to do both halter and performance. Really hard to decide what to do. Love to see the show holders fixing this. Not many shows now not holding performance as it is.

I have figured this out. Enter the performance first then halter. Worked on one show.
